My vision
What is more important than good health?
Sometimes we confuse investing in ourselves with being egocentric. From my experience, I would argue the opposite. In fact, if I didn’t invest in myself, I would not be able to meet up as the parent, friend and co-worker I wish to be.
In my practice I combine techniques from mindfulness, breathwork and act & commitment therapy. After many years of searching and practicing I have found out that combining these techniques, is a profound way of managing everything from low self-esteem to a complex modern society that really forces us take good care of our mental health.
This practice will help us strengthen our core mental muscles and provide us with the necessary tools to deal with everyday life from a clear-sighted and relaxed mindset.
